S tier are popular picks seen for Jungle, Top and Bottom. Greedent is there because he can also solo Top lane with no problems from lucario as he will avoid any confrontation by fleeing.
I hesitate putting Machamp between A and B tier.
He can truly win in Top win if he plans carefully against Lucario. He has good damage to Greninja or Cinderace junglers, but Lucario does reign Supreme and Machamp has to go the extra mile.

A tier is the same. BLASTOISE moved up because of Rapid Spin water spout, which creates secure for bottom lane and a solution to Duraludon.

Duraludon has fallen out of favor and is being used less and less, the nerf hurt it and Blissey+Blastoise have become useful counters to it. I thus put him here because I see him rarely now. But he still boasts a lot of damage and can be seen some matches

B tier.
Eldegoss in B tier because it has not been used as much since the nerf, Blissey, Wiggly Hoopa + Defenders are now taking control of bottom lane. As Eldegoss does not boast a stun nor Safeguard, it seems like people feel it is wasted potential

Gardevoir can be a great jungler, only she completes it very slowly, and by the time she arrives Top lane to help the solo Top, the other jungler has probably already killed the top teammate. The cooldown for teleport should go down for her to get to A tier. As a bottom attacker, lv. 4 evolution pokemon are more ideal for she has a hard early game.

For the rest of these pokemon, please remember this is a 113, 5 stack so team against team, competitive level ranking. They are great on their own, but do not fit well within the 113 format that dominates.

C tier. Mr. Mime has lost so much of its viability when he lost the big damage output. He was an A tier in this list. But now, it has become a waste of space for a pokemon that would've given more. Other teams use it very sparingly as well.

Again, for the rest, they are great on their own, but very hard to place into a 113.

These are based on many 113 battles, our own team, tested, tried. It will be corrected if someone sees a problem
