Essa tier list é apenas a minha opinião, mas também levei em conta a opinião publica, por exemplo meu pokemon favorito é o Machamp mesmo assim o coloquei na B pois sei que poucos gostam dele.
Os pokemons em C por sua maioria são de classes diferentes, pois esses são pokemons que ao meu ver são encobertos por outris de suas classes como Gengar que perde para todos os outros de sua classe.
Mas é bom destacar que esses pokemons são considerados a meu ver inviáveis não inuteis, podem ter sua utilidade nas mãos de um bom jogador.
Às tiers são respectivamemte S, A, B e C, e representam:

S: Pokemons muito bons mesmo, recomendados a se jogar.
A: Pokemons bons, bem úteis.
B: Pokemons ok, não tão recomendados mas com sua utilidade.
C: Pokemons não tão bons como outros da sua classe, mas que podem ter alguma utilidade.
