Probably the most common Dragonite build.
Build Path
Dragon BreathFirst Pick
Damage. Boosted Attack charge (On-Hit).
Draco ImpactUNITE
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Score Shield
Receive a shield while charging up to score a goal. While shielded, incoming attacks will not stop you from charging up.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This Dragonite build focuses on objective securing and scoring. Stack Hyper beam with 3 dragon dances to get a huge burst of damage to secure objectives like drednaw and rotom to help your team gain the early advantage so prioritize yourself to get at least level 8 before the first drednaw.
Dragonite can also make use of its score shield and Buddy barrier to score easy huge points in the final stretch. Use your unite to fly into the opposing teams goal zones. The buddy barrier shield should be huge enough to prevent you from being stopped unless they focus on you.
Eject button is for more mobility but Goal Getter and slow smoke works well for this build too.
Works Well With
Blissey can provide heals and boosted attack speed making you super strong, and can help you tank damage with its unite move making last minute scoring almost impossible to fail. Just use Dragonite's unite and have blissey use hers so that she'll follow Dragonite all the way where he is going to. Just make sure not to fly to far or blissey can't keep up.
Eldegoss provides heals and increased movement speed and can restore your HP with its unite move.
Snorlax can help you disrupt opponents while you are doing objectives or scoring.
