Sludge Bomb
Phantom AmbushUNITE
Invisible. Movement Speed up. Then: AOE damage. Slow.
Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Slow Smoke
Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

Guide
EARLY GAME 10:00 to 7:00
Damage Lillipup with Will-o-wisp through the wall, take it out and clear through jungle. Once jungle is cleared, gank to the weakest lane and destroy. Trap enemy in Slow Smoke and hit them with Hex/wisp. Dunk, return to jungle, and repeat with the other lane. You should be lv. 8-9 at this point.
MID GAME 7:00 to 4:00
Go to dred and wreck. Now you have Sludge, so you can combo Hexes. Return to the jungle, and then get Rotom if its still up. Make sure to dunk small points, you'll want both top goals broken before second/third rotom.
LATE GAME 4:00 onward
Kill everything. Hope this build helps!

Works Well With
Provides Hex combos prior to Lv. 7 and offers good CC/sniping to go with Gengar's burst damage.
Provides stuns for Gengar to capitalize on and can also cover it's escape if things go wrong.
Eldegoss can keep Gengar alive and shredding.
