The nerfs to his unite are really noticeable but Hyper Beam barely got touched.
Score Shield could also be Focus Band in case you're laning and want a little more bulkiness, or could be Scope Lens.
You still have the best secure in the game with a fully stacked Hyper Beam, ideally you take the jungle so you have HB for first Dred, but you can also lane quite decently.
Build stacks with Dragon Dance and dont give your opponents any chance in securing objectives, remember that people will try to stop you from securing by cc'ing you when the objective is slow, so always remember to bring Full Heal. Unite at point blank range so you get as many Buddy Barrier procs as possible, or towards an enemy goal for a backcap with Score Shield.
