Guide
This Pokemon is super squishy, so try to lane with Eldegoss/Snorlax/Mr.Mime to get yourself into a poke & zone situation.
Early Game:
Try to play safe, don't contest the zone or fight early as your first power spike isn't until Lvl 6 for Psyshock.
Try to play safe and farm, since you're squishy and your only escape early game is Eject and Teleport.
Try to play back and ask your jungler for ganks ASAP.
Lvl5 Gengar/Zera would be amazing for this comp.
Midgame:
You should be on par with your opponents in lane, and once you've gotten Moonblast & Ult, you should be able to zone your lane out and should be able to contest Bees (middle of lane) and Drednaw.
Lategame:
You need to play behind your tanks/all-rounders to zone out Zapdos pit. You can aim into Zapdos pit from pretty far. Hopefully you don't get ganked from behind while zoning.
Main combo:
your items give you a little CDR (Cool down reduction), but the combo is stun from Moonblast, drop Psyshock, and if your opponents group in an area or you want to put CC down so your teammates can jump in, Ult at least 2 opponent pokemon.
