--Objects--
Wise Glasses is an almost obligatory item bringing a lot of Special Attack therefore bringing a lot of damage .
The Shell Bell is an important item for survival, allowing you to spells vamp (10 seconds of Cooldown) and provides Cooldown reduction makes it easier to spam spells in addition to providing Special Attack multiplied by the Wise Glasses.
The Energy Amplifier is here to fill a weakness of Pikachu which is the exhaustion of its power at the end of the game having only its Ultimate which can make the difference more than its attacks given the fragility of Pikachu. It brings a reduction in Cooldown but above all an increase recharge of the Ultimate allowing you to have it more often in addition to bringing a Damage Buff after its use on all Pikachu spells which are all in the form of AOE.
Eject Button makes it possible to fill the very low mobility of Pikachu being able to avoid many deaths during the Ganks or to seek enemies trying to flee a fight. If you prefer to do damage you can take the X-Attack at your own risk.
--Spells--
Thunder Shock is the first spell to take and allows you to deal near-instant AOE damage when enemies are close. This makes it possible in particular to hit the 2 starting Aipom before T1 if they have not been attacked before.
Electro Ball is Pikachu's primary damage spell dealing a lot of damage and is guaranteed to hit while doing AOE damage if enemies are nearby.
Thunderbolt is a very important spell granting an Area Stun that can be placed in anticipation without the auto-aim that can knock down fights.
--Note regarding the Ultimate Thunderstorm--
The ultimate only targets enemy Pokémon and summons 3 lightning bolts over time on each enemy in the area dealing AOE damage on impact. This means that it is possible to steal Zapdos if the enemies are in the CAC of it and that your Ultimate will do more damage if enemies are grouped together. .
