Guide
Float stone can not be left behind for its move speed alone, the attack damage is just icing. The muscleband is to make defenders and all aroundeers more favorable for you while still making the nukes youll be dropping on the attackers, supports, and lesser speedsters better. The attack weight is a way to keep scalaing beyond just more exp while a bit more base damage, but the third spot is honestly quite flexible. Put in focus sash or leftovers for more survivability.
Escape card is default for all the reasons Flash is in LoL. That said X Attack can be swapped in for burst instead of mobility.
Start in your jungle saving the buffs, blue first then orange, for right before you gank at level 6 with your upgraded dash and the CC on slash. Jungle speedsters are about early game ganks becoming unbeatable snowballs. Show up, dunk some points, kill some opponents, and leave. If you wipe them think about the boss mon in that lane if your team is still there to help.
I HIGHLY recomend not staying in lane to kill the nonboss Pokémon. Either go kill the ones in the middle jungle, skirmish the enemy jungler, or go to the other lane. Poke damage is your downfall. Do not be there for it.
