Guide

TLDR: Fail is used as an aggressive tool so that Snorlax can win duels and big fights. The clutch of flail's ability to do more damage while low hp is insane for wining out fights. Yawn is used to creating easier 1v1s and to help win fights against speedsters. The items are used to adhere to his tankyness while also giving him a little more DPS.

Flail
Most Snorlax builds use Heavy Slam. The utility and the ability to stun players is really versatile. However, Snorlax is very weak if his team is not able to go in with him. The main point of Fail is for the speed and the aggressive playstyle it presents him with. Fail allows Snorlax to become less of a damage sponge and more of a brawler who can soak in damage and output it back out.

Yawn:
Used to make enemies slower allowing you to catch up to them or secure a kill. You can Flail for speed then Yawn. After that, you can kill them or poke them. While Block is really good for your team, Yawn is able to secure kills which should help you win team fights and lane.

Items:
Rocky Helmet is to make you a tank. The passives to do damage and give health is really good in long fights. This helps with clutching out a fight while maximizing damage and helping your tank for your team. Muscle Band is for the Attack buff and the Attack speed which will help gets you more damage over time.
This in combination with Rocky Helmet allows for more DPS. Along with its passive and X attack (or use potion to sustain longer in a fight), you can deal a ton of damage when they are full HP allowing you to support your team in early and late game. Finally, Float Stone Allows you to catch up to players while also getting a damage buff. This can help with not only getting more kills but also running away and playing defensively. Float stone overall is a good item and has a lot of utility, especially for a hit and run tactic, which you can do in this build (especially with muscle band).

Tip:
To play this build better, you have to play aggressively at the start. Use tackle to stun and poke out enemies in lane while going into the bushes and using rest. Get space, and more exp. You can also play DEFENSIVELY, by playing passive at goal and healing with berries.

Works Well With

Cramorant

While Snorlax goes in, Cramorant can do amazing amounts of damage while you tank the bulk of the damage.

Cinderace

Same idea with Cramorant.

Alolan Ninetales

The stuns allows Snorlax to just go in and cause havoc onto the team. it also allows him to just go for the backline while everyone is stunned.
