Guide
FIRST PICK
Confusion deals more damage than Astonish in the beginning, so it's easier to take out Wild pkmn's and also try to steal really early into the game.
FIRST UPGRADE
Hyperspace Hole is a great supporting tool wich gives you a lot of options, including ; saving an ally from death, dealing AOE damage, give Movement Speed ; this move is actually broken for those reasons that I mentionned and the cooldown of this ability isn't even high ! ( You can also make a Hyperspace Hole in the Goal to take you the Top Lane and vice versa, wich is very unique and profitable to make your team mates help eachothers )
SECOND UPGRADE
Phantom Force is useful when you understand how it actually works, it pushes the ennemy you've targeted and pushes them, what is actually funny is that you can actually kind of control where it pushes the ennemy, and you guessed it, you can pushes them to the sides and also in your goal, wich can put ennemies in difficult situations, something else with this move is that you can push more than ONE ennemy using the same move, wich can break the positionnement of certain type of ennemies.
UNITE MOVE
Rings Unbound is the best Unite Move in the game in my opinion, bringing the whole team to you + Transform you into a beast that can actually deal damage, you can also use your enormeous hitbox to prevent your allies from being touched by projectiles that don't pierce, with all that in mind, use it wisefully.
ITEMS
Choice Specs is the best item to take when talking about Special Attack Boost, with that you have the Energy Amplifier that will make Rings Unbound a really scary thing to face off during a Zapdos contest from both teams, Buddy Barrier is here to make Unite Move even more scary, and with Energy Amplifier, you can use your Unite Move more times, it also gives CDR and general damage in Rings Unbound.
Eject Button <3
( Every other items are still viable but it's preferable to use Eject Button of course. )
Works Well With
Aegislash is a little bit tanky and has a lot of damage, so it's more easy to follow Hoopa's moves and take profits of that, he has also the same amount of mobility. ( Apart from that, Any other one works well with Hoopa, Aegislash is just an exemple, of course )
This build was created in the game version of 1.5.1.6. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
