Guide
Cross chop- I choose cross chop because it's a quick move that is good at finisher or flight.
Dynamic Punch- I choose dynamic punch over submission because it's much faster to execute and just like submission, it gets a buff. Lower cc but makes it up for AOE utility.
Scope lens- I always run a lvl (30) scope lens when using cross chop because it was made for crit relying pokemon.
Razor claw- Since you'll be spamming cross chop + Dynamic punch a lot it'll apply razor claw buff and since he is a melee fighter, the enemies will be slowed down and will be KO since most of your move are dash and fast.
Atk weight- Stacking atk up to further raise his kill potential, people may make him tankier but it's not worth it because this pokemon heavily rely on atk and crit, focusing on those element will bring out a much better use in terms of battle strat. (By stacking other multiplier that the pokemon is not relying on will give you a "punish", essentially means that the one stack you gave him wont make him any better since it was lower in the first place)
