Guide

Move choices:
Choose Tackle as a first skill for the early game secure.
Get Stuffed Cheeks to dive in and out of the enemy lines.
Lastly, get Bullet Seed to focus damage on one enemy pokémon.
Held Items:
Focus Band will help you survive early game fights and will do wonders if you know when to dive in and when to retreat.
Attack weight is there to give you that extra bap with every bullet seed.
Aeos Cookie can give you that extra layer of fat to dive in, plus it synergises well with the Focus Band by increasing your HP/%.
Battle Item:
Speed X can remove hinderances for a short time and make hard, deep dives a breeze to pull off. Can be swapped out for an Eject Button to move out of the way in a pinch. Fluffy Tail can also be used to steal objectives such as Drednaw or Rotom.
This build can help you disrupt the enemy plans by diving on their squishy attackers like Decidueye, Duraludon or Solar Beam Venusaur. Keep in mind, that you are susceptible to CC and can't chase down overly fast targets so don't go against pokémons like Ninetails, Blaze Kick + Flame Charge Cinderace or Greninja.

Works Well With

Wigglytuff

You both move fast, both of you are really tanky and Wiggly can provide some juicy stuns, perfect for your sustained damage.

Blissey

What's better than a diving pokémon? A diving pokémon that LITERALLY CANNOT DIE, that's what.

Decidueye

For finishing some of your job if you inevitably perish in an attempt to knock out the enemy hard carry.
