Receive a shield while charging up to score a goal. While shielded, incoming attacks will not stop you from charging up.

When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.

Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

So, me and the rest of the BandanaD’s team have been noticing lots of subpar support players recently. This is just a general guideline to follow.
So, general rule of thumb while playing Eldegoss and Blissey: Sustain over strength. I’ve seen some builds on Pokemonunite.gg that are like “the damage eldegoss” or “the damage blissey.” This is not how you’re supposed to play the characters. I don’t have anything against the builds’ creators, nor am I saying a build like this can’t work, I’m just saying that these characters skills are better used for support. Also, egg bomb and cotton spore aren’t good.
Also, just a rule to follow playing unite anytime: Work for your team, not for yourself. No matter how many levels or goals you score, if your whole team does not succeed, neither do you. By simply playing like this, you can win more matches and climb the ranks easier.
