Rush to the enemy jungle, entering through the top lane. Take some farm, leaving the jungler unable to get lv. 5. This forces either the jungler to gank late, or to steal farm from the laners, leaving them underleveled. You can then return to top, get farm, Lv.5, and snowball top from there. Bon appetit!
