Have you ever screamed when in a dred/zap fight? Well sylveon screams all the time and gets objectives like that.
I prefer to lane with the hyper voice build
Before bees get level 4 for hyper voice secure and make sure you are staying as far from the opponent as possible. Calm mind to make hyper voice hit harder and it's upgraded version to shield yourself from a high damaging move. Unite move to save yourself and gain lifesteal in a clutch.

Sing can make sure sylveon hits the opponents steadily without them running around
