Guide
Blastoise has CC with both of its moves and is quite tanky. The best defender if you're playing solo. Buddy barrier focus and score shield are typical tank items but score shield can be replaced with muscle band if you'd like. Eject to get out of rough situations and the unite is just monstrous and deals a lot of damage and CC. Make sure to tank and use your moves according to the situation in teamfights.
Works Well With
Pika + Blastoise = CC and more CC! Pika isnt great in the zapdos team fight because of its mobility but Blastoise can fix that by disrupting opponents.
