Late game Venusaur is a monster. The petal dance upgrade at level 13 gives venusaur a much bigger petal Dance. If petal Dance hits giga drain's cooldown reduces by 1. So what you are going to do is keep on spamming giga drain to stay alive and deal damage with your boosted basic. When your health is low unleash your unite for the Buddy barrier to stay alive. Full heal makes you immune to CC and can be a lifesaver but it can be replaced by potion or eject depending on your playstyle. Venusaur is basically the clean up machine.
Works Well With
Anything with CC pairs well with venusaur. Venusaur can deal sustained damage with its petal Dance and boosted basic combined with cc is a nightmare for the enemy and wiggly provides a huge shield and cc immunity for venusaur and can help venu stay alive
