Guide
With garchomp getting both a nerf and a buff is interesting. The buff allows chomp to be the teams jungler yet the usual combo (dragon rush, dragon claw) cannot crit anymore. So I tried out the ground combo and it was really good.
Starting with sand attack does make you deal 0 damage, but you'll get bulldoze at lvl 3 and sand attack it a good starter move for farming.
Once lvl 5, you get dig which allows you to stun when you pop out from the ground and a defence boost when it's upgraded. Combine this with bulldoze/ earthquake, you clear the bear's (or bees if your playing on the regular map) super quick, giving very little exp to the opposing pokemon.
Once lvl 7, you get EQ and by time first dread will spawn if your jungling, if not then you will have to pray that your team actually rotates for dread, or if your at top and your team is doing well at dread, you may stay at top and delete Rotom, by then you'll either evolve into chomp and get your unite move, or get to lvl 8.
X speed can be replaced with eject button which combine very well with dig, yet it has a long cooldown and with the X speed buff an update ago, garchomp can catch up to fleeing Pokémon more quicker allowing you to slam them with dig and EQ
