Build Path
Quick AttackFirst Pick

Close Combat
Damage. Displacement.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Attack Weight
Permanently increases Attack upon scoring a goal.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Score Shield
Receive a shield while charging up to score a goal. While shielded, incoming attacks will not stop you from charging up.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

I'm pretty sure most people know how to play high level Lucario so I'm not gonna go over the game plan since it's pretty well known now.
The reason why I choose Close Combat over Bone Rush is because of the sheer burst damage Close Combat dishes out. I'm pretty sure you can take away a quarter of most Pokemon's HP with Close Combat.
Aside from that, Extreme Speed is Lucario's bread and butter for engaging fights and weaving around them. It's also Lucario's best form of mobility.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.13. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
