Hello. this is Blissey. She will be the pokemon we are reviewing today. (yes. she. all blissey are 100% female.)
MOVES
Pound because any non damage move is useless when clearing the starter monke.
First move here is actually unique as the choice depends.
Answer the 2 questions necessary.
Who do you want to follow/support?
Do they have full heal?
Question A: Who do you want to follow/support?
Answer A: Attackers, All-Rounders, Speedsters.
Answer B: Defenders. You should go Soft-Boiled.
Question B: Does the Attacker/All-Rounder/Speedster have full heal?
Answer A1: Yes. Go Soft-boiled.
Answer B1: No. Go Safeguard
Helping hand because:
POINT A: it gives you infinite boosted attacks which even tho you don't have offensive items, it does a good ammount of damage.
POINT B: it makes you and your teammates move faster and use basic attacks faster.
ITEMS
Focus Band to live.
Buddy barrier because it is what it is.
Score shield because it also is what it is.
Eject.

STRATEGY
LANE
Take the first monke. Pound + boosted attack = good early game combo.
Use your boosted attack to tag the 2nd monke. (don't kill it, it's for your teammate.)
Pound to hit the 3rd and 4th monke and the same time, lower them to low hp but don't take them, they are for your teammate.
My personal advice is to play aggresive with your lane partner.
JUNGLE
you're a joke if you think you're gonna be bringing blissey into the jungle.
