Guide
This is an unkillable Sylveon build for huge damage. Use draining kiss when on low health, and use hyper voice while draining kiss is running, rinse repeat. Shell bell for even more healing, maybe use potion or x attack, depending on situation/team building. I've gotten MVP by a long shot a lot of times with this build, post patch, I hope it can carry you too! :) Top lane is useful in the beginning, once you have hyper voice you can scare off the other team then go farm wild pokemon for XP.
