Sylveon is strong as f*ck, and even without a buff from Calm Mind, it takes almost always a large amount of damage (in case doesn't kill)
This build is focused on damage and damage, with great results scoring and controlling lanes.
Mystical Fire should be nerfed, so strong and works well with Draining Kiss. Furthermore, it's the only way to hit opposing Poké while you score!
Draining Kiss over Calm Mind? YES! With these items focused on S.Atk, more S.Atk = more HP recovered.
Eject Button + Mystical Fire allow you reach any opposing Pokémon

Works Well With
Cramorant's Surf and Hurricane traps opposing Pokémon to Mystical Fire and Draining Kiss take the maximum damage without any flee
Blastoise is so strong and works well with almost any top lane pokémon
Like Cramorant, Slowbro traps too and is so bulky to help Sylveon clear the lane.
