Well, before level 4 you dont have damage, so just level up to get Hyper Voice, if the enemy is in the limit of Hyper Voice, more damege you do.
You can change hyper voice for Mystical fire if you want to play more agressive, but if you dont have a support like Blissey or Eldegoss, without draining kiss you can die easily, so watch it.
With your third basic (beeing sylveon) you gain extra speed movement, so you never gonna be catched, well, if they hit you a cc, maybe youre doomed if you do not have a tank, or if a gengar, absol or zeraora chase you with all skills, you cant scape.

Works Well With
With Helping Hand can give you infinite third basics, so you have "infinity" extra speed, and she heals you, so its perfect.
He Got nice cc and engage, especially in early game, so you can explode enemies when they cannot move.
Well, blastoise is cc, damage and can hold a lot of damage, so its perfect to LATE GAME, the opposite of mamoswine.
