Your combo is going to be hitting enemies with Icicle Crash and then hitting the last icicle that stays standing with your High Horsepower. This makes the icicle explode making the enemies frozen and thus the stomp from your high horsepower is now going to deal increased damage to the enemy because they are frozen.
