Guide
This build isn't super complicated the goal with it is to be a great lane pusher early game with your teammate. Scoring goals at the right time and stealing wild Pokémon from the enemies lane with ice shard and tackle. Don't forget to grind off your wild Pokémon since you really need the exp. Then becoming mid to late game juggernaut crashing into team fights after having your HP and attack increased by your items.
Those items being Aeos Cookie + Attack weight but before we talk about those lets go over the items in order. Starting with the Focus band this item gives amazing healing and sustain in battle only when at low hp. During that it heals a certain percent of the HP lost which means its healing wouldn't get less the more your HP would increase whether it be your level moves or an item interaction, replacements for this item could be buddy barrier or score shield. Next on the list is the Aeos Cookie after scoring this item increases your max HP by 100 this in turn makes you very bulky after a few dunks. This also works very well if your in a dire situation in need of sustain since you can score the littlest amount of Aeos energy and add 100 HP to your health on top of the health gain from scoring. This is why its great for early game pushing since if they cant do enough damage to you, you would just sit on there face because your gaining a lot of HP form scoring although you can be stopped from scoring if hit but like I said scoring the littlest amount of Aeos energy adds 100 HP to your health the smaller your Aeos energy the faster you score. lastly we have the Attack weight this item increases your attack every time you score it works the same way as the Aeos Cookie but it adds 12 to your attack. Oh I forgot to mention this but these items have a limit to where they stack which is 6 times. The Attack weight keeps up your damage through early and late game and is well needed for pushing lanes and your attack item is gonna be Slow smoke. This attack item adds more cc (crowd control) on top of mamo's freeze and stuns which is why it has great synergy with its moves and its boosted auto attacks which forms a very disruptive cc combo (ill explain that soon)
and that's it I know its not much but I'm going to go to sleep and finish this build tomorrow
The video below me is a guy with a similar idea with my build but it has the same goal
Works Well With
Mamoswine + Alolan ninetales are a very oppressive duo. With ninetales having literally everything in its kit to synergize with mamo. I suggest you try your best to lane with teammates that run Alolan ninetales
Blissy, already gives great support by healing its allies with soft-boiled and providing them with increased movement speed and faster auto attacks from Helping Hand but with the rise of Safe guard Blissy in higher level plays brings some new support to the table being able to grant cc (cowed control) immunity to your self and a single target while also giving a shield if upgraded can be very strong if given to offensive carries and that being this Mamoswine build it would be even worse if it used its unite
