This build makes it ideal for you to play as a psuedo tank an take damage for your teammates. With Weakness Policy you gain an attack buff for the damage you take. This works great with the higher attack speed and basic attack buff from Muscle Band. Buddy Barrier helps to give you longevity and bulk so you can take more hits. Get close to your enemies to sponge up hits and then take them down.
Works Well With
Greninjas mix of up close and ranged attacks makes it an excellet partner for a build like this
Go up close with lucario to wipe out enemies
The stuns and long range pokes from ninetales can help you in taking down enemies
