Pikachu already gets a fat increase of damage from Wise Glasses and Sp Atk Specs, but why not increase it more with Choice? This combination of three layers of protective eyewear will assure this poor mon no longer has any eye damage from the constant lightning it produces.
And along with that, you can destroy all fellow opponents from its ever-increasing power that comes from taking damage and scoring goals. This trio brings Pika to an unstoppable force that none can hide from. Have fun and stay safe out there Pika.
