Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Attack Weight
Permanently increases Attack upon scoring a goal.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

MOVES
Quick attack for fast dash if going jungle or quickly dashing to wild farm in lane.
E Speed because dash -> auto -> cd reset -> dash -> auto -> repeat onto a massive group of enemies makes for some hilariously massive damage with the razor claw as you easily crush those kid's hopes, dreams and bones.
Speaking about bones, Bone Rush because of the damage, teleport and cd resets.
ITEMS
Score Shield because it paired with Attack Weight and Lucario's ability to score easily makes a great load of attack for the e speed to crush with.
Razor's with e speed.
eject button cuz eject button.
OTHER OPTIONS:
Muscle Band (still not reccomended over anything else.)
