You should start the game clearing mid jungle camps solo starting with ludicolo buff -> Buffalo buff and then at level 5 immediately look to gank a side lane to secure kills and allow your team to score and get a lead.
Your damage at level 5 with pursuit is unbeatable at this stage of the game, do not be afraid to 1v1 in the lanes or to help in teamfights. Pursuit does insane burst damage that nobody can match early on. You can continually dive people off of their towers because they cannot get away from your mobility.
Your ideal combo once you get psycho cut is to get your first 2 basic attacks on a jungle creep -> sneak into lane -> hit the enemy with psycho cut and then jump them with pursuit for massive damage. Continually chase them with pursuit and you'll get a kill every time!
If you get a lead you want to assist your team in clearing Rotom or Dreadnaw and always remember to get your wild mon camps in mid lane to stay ahead. Be sure to invade the enemies buffs as well because nobody can fight you 1v1.
As the game goes on you want to look for overextended lanes, score in them and then gank the enemies from behind to secure victory.
At 2 minutes left you want to make sure that you're keeping tabs on the enemy team and not allowing them to get Zapdos. Your burst damage is insane and combined with your UNITE move you can steal Zapdos easily if needed.
Keep the pressure on, deny the enemy wild pokemon and assassinate anyone you come across! Absol is amazing!
