Guide
Early Game:
Pick Slash first as this can be used to easily steal kills from teammates and opponents in order to level up quickly. From early in the match, you will be relatively powerful compared to other Pokémon that have to evolve, which will allow you to gank low-level Pokémon that get pretty powerful in their final evolutions to prevent them from taking control. If you encounter a Pokémon that gives you buffs (such as Ludicolo, Rotom) employ the Fluffy Tail for an easy kill.
Middle & Late Game:
The Float Stone and Score Shield will allow you to move and score quickly to chip away at your opponent’s goals, and Volt Switch and Discharge will let you enter battles and shred groups quickly, acquiring more points to score with. Your main goal here is to keep other Pokemon from evolving to quickly, hopefully even at all. Let me tell you, you do NOT want any ranged attacker on your heels, such as Greninja or Cinderace. Save your Unite Move for Zapdos, because, honestly, if you’re versing more than 2 Pokémon, it’s absolutely useless. The Energy Amplifier will also allow you to kill Zapdos even more quickly.
