Guide
Early Game:
Early game, head to the bottom path and farm the Audinos and Aipoms that spawn there with Fury Cutter; this does reasonable damage for early game.. This will get you to level up into Crustle. Select Rock Tomb as your move, because this works amazingly to block opponents from scoring goals and intercepting your teams goals. Shell Smash is just useful for running away, so it’s not really a tanky move.
Middle and late game:
Stick to the goals and occasionally score when you’ve got high points. Support your teammates when they’re killing Rotom and Drednaw by blocking off the other team with Rock tomb. A great combo is to place a rock wall just behind the opponent and then X-scissor them into it. This will stun them, allowing you to do a bit more damage.
Other:
Honestly, the Unite Move is only really good when you’re at low health in 1v2’s to recover health and destroy the opponents. If you’re getting gang bashed though, don’t waste it, unless to run away in order to preserve lots of points. Even so though, that’s why you have X Speed to replace Shell Smash and The Unite Move. Focus Band and Rocky Helmet all help to keep you on the field and slowly chip away at opponent’s hp, while Buddy Barrier assists for turning the tide with your Unite Move. The Focus Band or Rocky Helmet could also be swapped out for the Aeos cookie or Attack Weight for a more aggressive build.
Works Well With
Zeraora works very well with this build as you can just tank hits while it destroys everyone with discharge.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
