Guide
FIRST PICK
Powder snow does more damage than Icy Wind, but Icy Wind pushes opponents, I feel like Powder Snow is better early game.
FIRST UPGRADE
Dazzling Gleam is very good to stun a lot your ennemies, wich helps a lot your team mate by the way, it pairs well with his passive that is freezing the ennemy.
SECOND UPGRADE
Aurora Veil is so good in team fight that it is the best thing to cast in every fight, so op, even boost yourself with this (it boosts the Attack, Move Speed and Defense)
Remember that it's insanely strong when your ally want to dive a goal.
UNITE MOVE
Snow Globe is also a very strong UNITE move, wich covers everything that is around you, and does incredible damage to opponents that are freezed
ITEMS
The Energy Amplifier makes your UNITE move even better, with after that gives you damages to do some kills.
The Budy Barrier is almost the CORE of this build, without that, I don't think this build should be strong enough, it gives a shield to you and a nearby ally with low health.
The Score Shield is to ruin the early game with a lot of scoring and pressuring so they don't play or change lanes, very useful to get the first goal really early in the game.
The Eject Button is always good to chase or escape from any opponents, If your feeling that you are confidant enough to not play with that, then take the Goal-Getter to be even more early on scoring big goals ;)
(This build is not meant to be played Jungle, and only Top Lane, why you could ask ? Just because the Rotom helps you with the goals of course, now, I think it can also be played Bottom Lane)
