Wigglytuff can be one of the best characters at scoring due to Sing. While using Sing Wigglytuff can charge to score a point. In conjunction with Score Shield, this can make it very difficult for opponents to stop Wigglytuff from scoring. With this build make sure you're scoring a lot as it will also increase your durability with Aeos Cookie.

The sleep from sing allows Gardevoir to easily hit its AOE attacks
Sing allows for Gengar to use hex more often and to start its combos.
