Guide
Before getting into the how-to for this build, I want to go over the attacks. The first move you'll be prioritizing is Flail. Flail makes your basic attacks deal more damage the lower Snorlax's health is. While this might not seem overly useful, once Snorlax starts to chase down opposing Pokémon, it's only going to keep getting stronger as it gets hurt, and thanks to its endurance stat, it will be able to tank a lot of hits very easily. Flail also has the added bonus of increasing Snorlax's movement speed, making it slightly easier to chase down opponents. Flail+ also makes any basic attack that Snorlax uses restore a portion of it's health, increasing it's survivability even further.
Snorlax has incredibly useful Crowd Control in the way of Yawn, able to put all opposing Pokémon in range of the move to sleep for a short period of time, and can easily shut down an entire stack of enemies, letting teammates damage or score points. It can, naturally, be used to your benefit as well, as you can put an opponent to sleep and easily catch up to them with Flail. Yawn+ will also decrease the movement speed of any opposing Pokémon it hits for a short time.
This build can easily go any lane, but I've found the most success going top. Typically, going top lane, you can expect to hit Level 4 - 5 if you manage to KO enough of the wild units. Your Level 6, and additionally Flail, will be coming from a combination of scoring points and clearing out the bee nest when it spawns. Going bottom has an advantage in that it has 5 Audino spawns, making it a lot easier to hit Level 5 if you managed to KO enough wild units by this point.
At the start of the match you'll obviously want Tackle as your starting move, not only does it actually deal damage, but it pushes you forward, giving you access to good early mobility typically only seen on Speedsters and Attackers, but it will also make your next basic attack be the upgraded version, allowing for very easy clears on wild units.
Once you hit Level 6, you can start rushing opponents. At this level you'll be dealing a hefty chunk of damage but you can't get too over-confident. Early on, you want to prioritize survivability over anything. While it's possible to Rambo it, Snorlax is best suited to team fights, so if you are rushing opponents early on, make sure you have back up. Playing risky is the name of the game, and while you want to still be careful, this build is at its deadliest when it's at lower HP. Pick smart fights.
I have opted for Score Shield and Attack weight as a useful combo for this build, as a really easy way to boost Snorlax's attack while you're scoring, and you get protect from most basic attacks. This early attack boost can easily overwhelm enemies and makes it a lot easier to solo Pokémon who might see you as a free KO. Leftovers is a solid choice of free healing when in downtime, but can easily be swapped for the Float Stone for extra movement speed and a slight attack increase.
