Basic build for Lucario in the jungle
Build Path
Quick AttackFirst Pick
Damage.
Power-Up Punch
Damage. While charging: Defense up. Fully charged: Assassinate. Then: Attack boost (on-hit). (+)Spellproof while charging.
Bone Rush
Damage. Displace. Then: Teleport and damage. (+)Resets cooldowns of other moves.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.
Stat Boosts
Bonus Attack Damage On Hit

Lucario's mobility makes him an excellent jungler.
Take Quick Attack first as it will let you clear faster as you will be able to traverse between camps much faster, that means faster clear and faster ganks.
Power-Up Punch - This is my favorite move to take on as the gap close and the immunity late game is invaluable.
Bone Rush - This move is invaluable as it will reset your Power-Up
Punch which is your main damage, however this also gives you an escape.
Works Well With
Good cc and area control to pair with the high damage of Lucario
Most broken tank in the game so much cc and the wall is amazing for escaping when over extended
The lockdown this pokemon provides is insane allowing you to easy full combo the opponents
