This Build assumes you're going for Bottom Lane/Central Area on Theia Sky Ruins Map.
Held Items Choice :
• Choice Specs for last hitting and contesting neutral farm in lane. Remember it has cd of 8s and so you have to stay out of using your moves for 8s to guarantee a proc. Replace this with Wise Glasses if you're Jungling.
• Energy Amplifier primarily for the passive CDR of 4.5 % and also for turning around team fights against highly mobile or healing-based foes.
• The third held Item Slot is open for personal customisation. Slick Spoon is fundamentally great on Mage characters without any cons.
Can also run Buddy Barrier for extra sustain. Some builds prefer Shell Bell for the extra CDR passive but not worth it in my opinion becoz doesn't provide much value besides that due to its 10s internal cooldown for proc.

Prioritize: +CDR | +SpAtk | -Atk | -Crit
